So much more than a sleep guide!
We were already so lucky to have Dr Golly as our son’s pediatrician - he had helped us immensely through our now 11 month old son’s dairy/soy intolerance, colic and slow weight gain issues.
But now we count ourselves even luckier to have been able to benefit from Dr Golly’s new sleep program.
We have been following the guide for a while now and our son has gone from early rising every day without fail to sleeping a solid 12 hours at night and waking at 6.30am - I never thought we would get there! But what I love most about the program is just how flexible it is. Dr Golly suggests several possible routines for our son’s age group, which I really value as a first time mum because there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to baby sleep. By suggesting an array of flexible sleep solutions, Dr Golly really does help to ease anxiety when my day inevitably don’t go to plan. Ie. Routine A doesn’t suit our family / isn’t working for bub, no problem try Routine B or even Routine C - how awesome is that?!?
But it’s also important for me to emphasize that this is so much more than a sleep program. It covers a broad range of topics such as tips for navigating teething,
daycare and solids, which are all so relevant for us at this point. Seriously this program could not have been launched at a better time for us.
Definitely cannot recommend this program highly enough! Thanks Dr Golly!
