Dr Adaobi Udechuku

Dr Adaobi is a Perinatal Psychiatrist and mother of two who has helped thousands of parents and their infants optimise their emotional health over her 20-year career. Her passion led her to establish the award winning GLOW Clinic with her friend perinatal psychiatrist Dr Lucinda Smith. Research shows that optimising a parent's emotional health safeguards their infant’s development and future potential. Dr Golly’s focus on empowering parents and protecting mothers is aligned with the evidence and Dr Adaobi’s take on a well-known African proverb: “it takes a village to raise a parent & a parent to raise a child”.

So, an invitation to join The Dr Golly Program village of experts was a natural fit.
